Two Armoires We Completed Recently


We finished the armoires. They were very simple to build. And since we configured/built them as two pieces (top and bottom), they are easy to move. The drawers provide ample storage. Due to cost constraints, the drawer sides were machined from MDF or Plywood. Not my favorite choices, but they seemed to have held up very well.

They are finished with four coats of a 50/50 mix of Polyurethene and Naptha that we rubbed on. The finish has a moderate sheen and great depth.
