We discussed wheat, gluten, gluten free baking, and then Luzimar demonstrated (and we tasted) three of her high potency and delicious juices (purple, green, and orange) that she produced live using her Breville juicer!

The February 2015 meeting will be the annual Downers Grove SDA Church International Food Fair, February 14, 2015. We will have a booth selling wholesome baked goods including whole wheat bread and gluten-free sweets! Please come and bring a friend!
