Judy and Eva did a wonderful job sharing with us their sprouting presentation. I hope you appreciated Judy's experience overcoming a number of serious health conditions by changing her lifestyle and eating a mostly raw vegetarian diet including living sprouts. Of course, we had lots of great Italian-themed food and time to socialize and get to know each other!

Currently, the plan for October is to meet the third-Thursday and Jack will present how to use kitchen devices and machines to prepare vegetarian food efficiently, easily, and safely. The idea is to prepare a complete meal and eat it! We will see how that goes! Please plan on attending and invite your friends.
